Our History & Mission

We support both schools and colleges. We have first-hand experience of international school education systems and their impact on students. We have seen how many systems rely on rote learning with limited impact on a pupil’s life and independence. Our mission is to help schools improve curriculum development and delivery so learning builds real understanding, skills and independence for students.

Curriculum, Inclusion and School Improvement Consultant

Aspiring Consultants was created because I believe many schools do not lack commitment — they lack the systems that help teaching and learning work well every day.

My work brings together SENCO practice, SEN specialist knowledge, primary education, curriculum implementation and school improvement. I support schools in building clearer approaches to planning, teaching, assessment, inclusion and pupil independence.

I am especially interested in helping schools move away from isolated activities, rote learning and inconsistent practice towards structured curriculum delivery, meaningful assessment and inclusive classroom practice.

Aspiring Consultants exists to help schools turn good intentions into practical classroom impact.

Curriculum and School Improvement Specialist

I bring specialist expertise in curriculum development, curriculum design and school improvement, with over 20 years of experience in education.

My work focuses on helping schools create clear, structured and purposeful curriculum systems that support progression, consistency and effective classroom practice. I support schools in developing schemes of work, curriculum maps, lesson sequences and assessment links that help teachers understand not only what to teach, but how learning should build over time.

With a strong understanding of curriculum planning and implementation, I help schools move beyond disconnected activities and textbook-led teaching towards well-sequenced learning, meaningful assessment and stronger pupil outcomes.

As part of Aspiring Consultants, I support schools in strengthening curriculum design, improving planning systems and turning curriculum expectations into practical classroom delivery.
